1 to 5 ridersA small-cab match can depend on the assigned vehicle.
6 to 15 ridersA larger cab or trailer can be required.
More than 15Contact the team for manual planning. Do not split a booking without approval.
Before the ride
- Count every rider before you request the ride.
- Choose one pickup point that the full group can use safely.
- Review the route and fixed quote in the app.
- Wait for an eligible driver and vehicle assignment.
Large group planning
Groups over 15 need manual review. A future coordinated group plan is not part of the first public app release. Email [email protected] to describe the date, approximate time, route, and rider count. Do not send payment-card details by email.
