The first app launch focuses on useful short trips near Ann Arbor activity areas. The app checks the selected route before it creates a ride request.

• South University and nearby central stops

Route limits

An example area is not a promise that each street or pickup is available. The app can reject a route that is outside the configured service area. Street closures, event rules, legal pickup access, weather, vehicle capacity, and active driver supply can also affect service.

Choose a useful pickup

Use a place that the rider and driver can identify without blocking traffic or entering a restricted street. Check the app status after a driver accepts the ride. Do not rely on an exact arrival minute.
