Service terms

Effective date: August 27, 2026.

These terms apply to the first public version of the Boober Tours: Pedicab Rides mobile app. Use the app only if you can enter a valid agreement where you live.

Ride requests

A quote describes the selected ride before you confirm it. A ride request is not accepted until an eligible driver accepts it. Pickup time and arrival estimates are ranges. Traffic, crowds, weather, closures, and driver availability can change them.

Rider duties

Use accurate account and ride information. Confirm that you are ready at the pickup point before dispatch. Select a vehicle with enough capacity. Follow lawful safety instructions from the driver and operator.

Driver duties

Driver mode is only for approved drivers with an active account and assigned vehicle. An Active driver must keep the app open in the first release. A driver who accepts a ride must go directly to the rider, unless safety or an emergency prevents it.

Prices and payment

The app shows the approved fare before dispatch. You must prepay for a ride that you book in the app. The secure payment provider can store your selected card for later rides after you give consent. The app does not store the raw card number or card security code. You can manage the saved card in the app. Any approved wait or stop amount must follow the price shown in the app and the applicable operator policy.

Cancellations and service limits

The first release does not collect a late-cancellation or no-show fee. A free cancellation releases the payment authorization. A driver cancellation can cause immediate redispatch. The platform can restrict access for fraud, unsafe conduct, repeated misuse, or a legal requirement.

Safety

Pedicab travel has normal road, weather, and passenger risks. The app does not replace emergency services. Contact local emergency services for an urgent danger.
